NOTICE FROM THE RECONSTITUTED PRINPAG ELECTION COMMITTEE

The Reconstituted Election Committee of PRINPAG wishes to inform all members of developments regarding the compilation of the Voter Register for the upcoming 2025 PRINPAG National Executive Elections.

In reference to Article 5.0 of the PRINPAG Constitution, which states in part that:

“Membership of PRINPAG is open to any private newspaper and online publishing company,”

members are hereby directed to nominate one individual from their respective media houses who will be eligible to exercise the franchise on their behalf on voting day.

Nomination Process:

• Nomination Forms are available with the Secretary to the Election Committee and at the PRINPAG National Secretariat.
• Completed and signed forms should be submitted to any member of the PRINPAG Election Committee no later than lose of day, Friday, August 15, 2025.
• The Final Voter Register will be published on Sunday, August 17, 2025 for verification and corrections (if any) on:

  • Notice Board at the PRINPAG Secretariat

Voting Day Requirements:

All accredited voters must present a valid National ID or Company ID bearing their photograph for verification at the polling centre on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

We urge all members to take note of these directives to ensure a smooth, transparent, and credible electoral process.
