Aspiring Financial Secretary Donates Office Supplies to PRINPAG Secretariat

An aspiring Financial Secretary of the Private Newspapers and Online News Publishers Association of Ghana (PRINPAG), Kofi Ahovi, has donated a box of A4 sheets (comprising five rims) to support the day-to-day administrative activities of the association’s national secretariat.

The donation is expected to ease the administrative burden on the secretariat and enhance the efficiency of its work.

This gesture comes on the heels of an earlier donation by a PRINPAG presidential aspirant, Mr. David Tamakloe, who presented a multipurpose printer to the secretariat.

Speaking during the presentation, Ahovi explained the motivation behind his support:

“One of my colleagues has generously donated a printer, but a printer is only as good as the paper it prints on. To ensure the secretariat can make full use of the printer without additional cost, I’m donating paper to complement the effort and support their operations.”

Executive Secretary of PRINPAG, Jeorge Wilson Kingson, who received the donation, expressed appreciation, describing it as timely and impactful.

“With the new printer, our demand for paper will undoubtedly increase. This donation will help us meet those printing needs without disruption, especially at a time when we regularly purchase paper out of pocket,” he said.

Kingson further encouraged other members of the Association and corporate partners to emulate Ahovi’s gesture, emphasizing that such support is vital to the growth and sustainability of PRINPAG.
