Dear Members,

The National Secretariat of PRINPAG wishes to inform all members that the Association has received a document from the National Media Commission (NMC) for review and input with regard to the proposed “Development of Misinformation, Disinformation, Hate Speech and Publication of Other Information (MDHI) Bill”.

The Commission has requested PRINPAG’s feedback on the document, and the National Executives intend to issue an official statement on behalf of the Association. Before doing so, we would appreciate your expert advice, comments, and suggestions to help shape a comprehensive response.

Members are kindly encouraged to review the document carefully and share their views with the Secretariat by Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring that the Association’s position accurately reflects the perspectives and interests of our membership.
